Our Community
Stockbridge at Tanglewood is a quiet community of townhomes and piggy-back style condominiums located off Route 29 in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our community is a short drive from downtown Washington, DC and Columbia, MD. As part of Montgomery County, our community is surrounded in parks, trails, and gardens.
Metro access is available via Metro Bus to Downtown Silver Spring or a short drive to the Greenbelt or Glenmont stations. Direct to downtown DC commuter buses run from Burtonsville, MD just a few minutes north.
Message from the Board
Periodically we provide information that is critical and timely for homeowner on community projects, meetings and rule changes in our community.
Currently, we are undergoing the Aluminum Siding Replacement Project. They have started at the end of Musicmaster and will work their way through as indicated on the map that was distributed to the community with the annual meeting package. If you have any questions regarding the project please do not hesitate to contact Lydia on 301-768-2009; if there is an incident or something you feel Lydia should know right away, please call her on her cell 301-325-0755.
All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly meetings. When homeowners attend the meetings we are able to incorporate more opinions and recommendations into the decision-making process. We welcome and sincerely appreciate your involvement.
