Message from the Board

The Stockbridge Condominium Association is pleased to provide useful and current information to our homeowners and residents. The website is a resource tool for homeowners and prospective buyers. It is the first stop in all of your information needs and a means to keep current on community news.

Periodically we provide information that is critical and timely for homeowner on community projects, meetings and rule changes in our community.

All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly meetings. When homeowners attend the meetings we are able to incorporate more opinions and recommendations into the decision-making process. We welcome and sincerely appreciate your involvement.

07-14-2008 The new rule pertaining to limited common elements has been posted. This rule was approved by the board in June.
07-14-2008 After some downtime due to a problem with our website provider and registrar the site is now back online.
12-01-2007 Stockbridge has launched a new website design. The new site is designed to help you find the information you need faster. The clean design updates the site to make it easy to navigate and read.
09-05-2007 The board of directors has updated two of the community bylaws. You can find the new rules on the Forms and Rules page and you should receive a copy in the mail.
