Aluminun Siding Replacement Project: As you may be aware this project started this summer. We are currently working on Quartet Lane.  A progress meeting determined that it is time for an update to the community advising of the new schedule. A newsletter with a map indicating the next buildings to be worked on will be going out October 1. It is anticipated that the project will continue until the weather permits and if necessary will resume in the Spring, but the hope is that the project is completed this year.  We have run into a few problems and are trying to work through them.  We encourage owners to please contact me, Lydia, via email to report any concerns you may have. The information will be forwarded to our Engineer Mark Jaffe who will then follow up on the issues.  If you are not getting resolution to your issue within a few days, please email or call again, so we can follow up. 

We are in the process of trying to schedule the door painting for Saturdays.  Please make your self available when we post the notice on your building.
